A two-part trip connecting all 21 California missions + 1 ‘sub-mission’ (San Antonio de Pala) to discover life and land of current communities in their mission era context. The North: August 18-September 16, 2012 from Sonoma to San Miguel. The South: late summer/early fall of 2013, from San Miguel to San Diego.
